Equal Pieces – Privacy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
The short version: Your progress, coins, chef and settings stay on the phone. The daily scoreboard sends only the cook's name and today's score. Ads are optional videos you choose to watch. There are no accounts and nothing to buy.
What the game keeps, on your device only
- How far you are, your best cuts, stars, coins, knife and perfect streak.
- The cook's name and the portrait you picked.
- Settings such as hand, motion and the bold hint.
- Whether today's daily plate and chest are already done.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, deletes all of that.
The daily board
If you finish the daily plate, the game can send four things to our board: the day, a code for this install, the cook's name (up to 24 characters) and the score. The board shows the name and the score to other players that day. It does not ask for an account. Pick a name you are happy for other players to see.
The board is hosted by Supabase. Like any internet service, the host may keep short technical logs, such as the IP address, for security. The rest of the game, including the campaign and endless mode, works with no internet.
Optional ads
Some buttons offer a short video: a second chest, a chalk line, a laser, a repair, or double coins. You never have to watch one. When you do, Google AdMob shows the video and may use its own advertising identifier, as described in Google's privacy policy. In Europe and the UK the game asks for consent before a personalised ad. There are no banner ads and no in-app purchases.
What the game doesn't have
- No account or sign-in.
- No in-app purchases.
- No analytics or crash reporting of our own.
Children
Equal Pieces is a cartoon kitchen game. It is not directed at young children on their own. The daily board shows the name you type, so don't put a child's full name there.
This website
The game page on filipsworkshop.com is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
Questions, or to delete your data
To delete what Equal Pieces sent to the daily board, write to [email protected] with the subject "Equal Pieces: delete my data", the cook's name and roughly which days you played. We delete every board entry from that install (the day, the install code, the cook's name and the score) within 30 days and reply when it is done. Nothing is kept afterwards. Everything else stays on your phone: uninstall the game or clear its data to delete it.
If this policy changes, the new version will be here with a new date.
