PECKA! Grandma's Dumplings – Privacy

The short version: Your game stays on the phone. The name you type for your grandchild and your best score are shown on the worldwide scoreboard, and playing online with friends sends the moves of that lunch. There is no account and nothing to buy. Ads are optional videos you choose to watch.
What the game keeps, on your device only
- How far you got in the family's story, your stars, Babička's presents and your coins.
- The name you typed, and whether you play the grandson or the granddaughter.
- What you bought in the shop with coins (costumes, Pepa's outfits, tablecloths, plates, headscarves) and what you wear.
- Settings such as sound, music and the language.
Uninstalling the game, or clearing its data, deletes all of that.
The worldwide scoreboard
After a lunch the game sends the name you typed, which grandchild you play, your best love points and your number of wins to the scoreboard, so the best players can be shown to everyone. Please don't use your full real name. Nothing else is sent: no account, no email, no phone number and no identifier of your phone.
Playing online with friends
When you make or join a room, the game sends your name, your grandchild and the moves of that lunch (which dumpling, hearts, love points) so your friends' phones show the same table. A room has a 4-letter code you share yourself, and is deleted a day after it was last used. There is no chat.
The scoreboard and the rooms are stored with Supabase, a database service that works for us.
Optional ads
Babička offers a short video for double coins, an extra spin of the wheel or an extra help at the table. You never have to watch one, and the whole story can be played without them. When you do, Google AdMob shows the video and may use its own advertising identifier, as described in Google's privacy policy. In Europe and the UK the game asks for consent before a personalised ad. There are no banner ads.
What the game doesn't have
- No account with us.
- No camera, microphone, contacts or location.
- No in-app purchases: coins are only won in the game.
- No analytics or crash reporting of our own.
Children
PECKA! is a family game for players aged 13 and over.
This website
This page on filipsworkshop.com is hosted by Cloudflare, and its fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to load them.
Questions, or to delete your data
What the game keeps on your phone goes when you uninstall it or clear its data.
To take your name and score off the scoreboard, write to [email protected] with the subject "PECKA!" and the name you used. We delete it and reply within 30 days. Rooms of online lunches are deleted automatically a day after they were last used.
If this policy changes, the new version will be here with a new date.
